How to structure it

Keep the top level short: one page per area from the list above, with articles as sub-pages. Give every page an owner and a “last reviewed” date so it's clear who keeps it current. Notion's own wiki feature can track owners and verification for you.

Share it with people who don't use Notion

Is a password-protected embed private?

The password protects the NotionHero embed. The Notion page itself has to be shared to the web, so anyone with its notion.site link can still read it. Keep salaries, personal data and anything confidential out of it.

How quickly do edits show up?

Free embeds refresh from Notion every 3 days. On the Heroic plan they refresh every hour, and you can refresh by hand right after you publish a change.

Can I limit where the wiki can be shown?

Yes. On the Heroic plan you can restrict an embed to the domains you list, such as your intranet.

Do I need to code?
